According to Health.com, women from four countries around the world live the healthiest lives.

Scandinavians eat fresh plants and veggies from their own farms or local farms. Instead of farm raised livestock, Scandinavian women eat omega-3-rich fatty fish, elk and game bird. They expend energy by growing and gathering the food they eat. They are lower risk of obesity and depression.

Along with a high-fiber plant-based diet and the lack of dairy and meat, Japanese women tend to live longer lives. They are lower risk for several diseases and illnesses, including breast cancer, ovarian cancer, dementia and heart disease.
